This page provides general information for all Municipal Tax Administrators regarding the OBG Municipal Income Tax Project.

Process Overview	This document provides an overview of the high level process by which the OBG will collect taxpayer data and payment information and forward this information to municipalities and the respective tax administration system. (Revised 09/30/2004)
Activated Municipalities	The list of currently active municipalities (that businesses can use OBG to file with) and a summary of local income tax provisions are available in the Help & Support section of OBG's website.
Activity Report File Formats	This document provides the file formats for the daily Net Profit, Extension Request, and Estimated Payment (rev. 02/08) Municipality Activity Reports. This document provides the file formats for the daily Withholding Payment and Return (rev. 02/08) Municipality Activity Reports. These document includes both the human-readable and machine-readable file formats and contains representative sample data.

Terms of Service	The Terms of Service provide information about the Municipal Income Tax application, activity reports (tax records) and bank payment files, electronic mailboxes, and other aspects of the electronic filing services provided by OBG.
Administrative Rule	The Ohio Department of Taxation has promulgated proposed administrative rule 5703-1-15 to define the role and use of the Ohio Business Gateway for municipal income tax return filing and related payment of taxes. The rule's progress can be tracked at the Register of Ohio.
